Want to Know A Magical Secret?

Did you know, the old shop keepers in the West Indies used fresh basil to attract new shoppers, money and abundance to their establishments? They used and believed in Magic; the kind that creates effective changes to accomplish a goal, influence a particular course of events, help heal loved ones and yourself. Magic spells have been a part of our history since the beginning of time. Various types of spells exist, even today. Simple wishes become magic spells when we add a candle and intention to it. We’ve been taught more about the evil and dangers of spells than the beauty of magical potions, magical plants, wishes, prayer, and incantations, which bring goodness and benevolence to our world.

We inherently crave connection to our magical roots. When we learn to embrace the beauty of magic and remove the associations with the realm of evil and wrongdoing, we learn to create our own magic. Magic abounds naturally on earth. The power of aromatherapy is magical. Herbs to heal and cleanse are magical. Spices are magical. Words are magical! The light of a candle and Gregorian chants are magical. Crystals, the light of the powerful moon, the stars, the sun, all pure Magic!

The Druids, whom we know were around before the 3rd century BC, regarded Mistletoe as sacred and symbolic of universal healing. Funny how today, we kiss our loved ones under the Mistletoe at Christmas.

Want to know what my Chazah mentor taught me about using fresh basil? We use fresh basil in a specific way on specific days to attract abundance & prosperity into our lives.

Here’s how:

1. Take a sprig of fresh basil and place it in clean, cold water on Saturdays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays.
2. Let the basil sit in the cold water for 24 hours.
3. Remove the basil. Release it to nature ( do not toss in the trash)
4. Take a clean cloth or sponge and use the water to wipe down countertops, cabinets, appliances, the floors, etc. You can clean as much as you wish.
5. While cleaning, affirm that money, abundance, and prosperity come to you easily and effortlessly.
6. Toss the water when you’re done.
7. Pay attention because money and other forms of abundance will arrive almost immediately in your life and remember…
8. Gratitude for the Divine and the basil!
