Ever hear yourself ask, “What’s in it for me?”

We have to sift through things we find interesting and valuable. What’s valuable to us is personal. In marketing we’re taught to make sure there’s something valuable for the customer. I believe there’s something valuable in anything we learn.

I find the question, “What’s in it for me?” more intriguing as it relates directly to the ego self which many people still need to feed. Once we’ve learned to identify who’s talking in our head( ego vs. human spirit) we can discern and distinguish more value from conversations. As our consciousness shifts and elevates we may cringe when we hear someone ask, “What’s in it for me?”

The emotional intelligence age of that question is about 12- 13 years old! We’ve seen what results when adults lack emotional intelligence. But, how do we teach it to ourselves and our children? How do we develop emotional intelligence?

Emotional Intelligence comes with self awareness and an evolving consciousness. It can be taught if one is interested in learning. It involves an awareness of all those and more qualities on the chart above.

One benefit of a higher level of emotional intelligence and self awareness is that manifesting becomes easier.

The more mastery you have over your Emotional Intelligence the faster, easier more consistent & effective your manifestations will be.
